This is a strange one. An odd mix of hits and misses. The texture of the noodles was nice and springy, the chilli blend was pretty decent. Meatballs were tasty and the pork slices were well tenderised. The crispy anchovies and pork lard were big positives too. I think they season the latter with something but I’m not sure what it is. What I don’t get is the slice of cheap ham, the overly generous cilantro garnish and the excessive MSG, which really hits hard right after the meal. To me, without the negatives, this would easily be a 4 out of 5.

+ This is not a halal stall. + Food quality and quantity was good. - Dry version of BCM is 50 cents more expensive ($6) than soup version ($5.50) = Fishball noodles soup ($4.50 dry, $5 dry) is probably the cheapest meat main in the food court = There are many tables, but somehow, there's always not enough of them in this food court. - Parking. There are NO per-entry rates, even on evenings or weekends! And prices were raised in 2023 and 2024 again. Mon - Fri: $1.70 for 1st hour part thereof. $0.85 for subsequent ½ hour or part thereof. Sat, Sun & Public Holiday: $1.80 for 1st hour part thereof. $0.95 for subsequent ½ hour or part thereof. Nearby HDB parking is cheaper, but there are limited lots, especially at the MSCP nearest to AMK Hub.

The staff never check if I want to add coriander, and just add by himself, after I sound out , he reply with: it’s your problem. Very rude service and bad lunch experience

Nothing much surprising. Just a normal bowl to me. I ordered a bowl of spinach soup without any base and a bowl of sambal ‘liao’ cos I had Bak Chor mee for lunch. But I still wanted to try this stall more than any other stall. The staff is friendly. She kept talking to me despite the noisy background voices. Quite a lot of ppl there almost prob due to the newly renovated Kopitiam.

When asked if sliced fish kuay teow can change to rice, worker at the time was annoyed and say cannot and instead gave me option ( sliced fish spinach soup ) that costed more. Wasn't able to compromise and food was quite normal

I’m probably the only one here giving the 5 stars review. Bought their 干捞面 with zero expectations but all ingredients in the bowl surprised me. Noodles were al dente in a sense it weren’t soggy. Anchovies were crispy, pig liver wasn't overcooked (had that 粉粉 texture), pork balls were yummy. Even the soup was tasty! The two ladies who served me were very friendly as well. Maybe i went at the right time. The only thing to comment about is the quantity, as i felt it was quite a small bowl at $5. Would definitely try again next time and hopefully the quality will not change.

Looked flavourful but it was bland. Noodles were portion & tasted average. Staff was not welcoming.

Very bad experience at AMK hub kopitiam! I ordered laoshufen set 8 but they gave me kwaytiao soup instead! I think their staffs all sleeping! When approached the lady cooking one, she so rude some more! And kept saying set 8 is kwaytiao, cannot change to laoshufen? Because the laoshufen menu there show $1 add on? Damn, this is my firstand will be my last time buying from that stall! Don't know why put so many varieties for people to choose but cannot change? Make my bad day!
