I don't recommend this school. They scheduled a Malaysian girl who is emotionally unstable to teach. And I am not allowed to ask for a change. Only attended twice and gave up without able to get a refund. Sucks management.out to cheat.

My son and daughter have been having their music lessons here for the past few years. The music teachers have been very patience and encouraging to my children, with us parents being updated frequently on their learning progress. Special thanks to Mr Gideon for his great teachings!

My ukele had a string broken and I requested for assistance to restring my ukele. Nicholas readily agreed. I paid for the string and the work was promptly completed on the spot!

I am extremely disappointed with this school.
Last year, my child took piano lessons with Ms Alena at the AMK branch for two terms. While she encouraged us to continue attending classes, she rewarded my son with drawing time due to his lack of focus during lessons. For two entire terms, every class involved drawing, and my child's piano book became filled with doodles instead of music. I felt like I was paying for an art class rather than piano lessons. Although my son seemed comfortable with the teacher and she appeared friendly, I now realize it was a mistake not to address this issue sooner.
On one occasion, when it was already class time and my son was still sleeping in the stroller, my mother called him several times, but he didn't wake up. Ms Alena was present, and my mother asked if she could help wake him. She stated it was not her responsibility to wake a student, which I understood; however, she then told my mother that my son wasn’t learning at all. This infuriated her. If the teacher believes a student isn’t learning, why encourage parents to keep enrolling them? I truly regret not switching teachers or schools at the end of the first term; learning piano with such a teacher has been a disaster.
Additionally, the front desk staff was cold and unhelpful, which made resolving issues even more frustrating. Although Alena claimed my child wasn't learning, Ms Candi from the school assigned Ms Karina to teach the last five classes, and she was responsible and effective. Ms Candi even expressed her regret that my son was stopping piano lessons, as she believed he had potential. This made me even more frustrated for continuing with Ms Alena; it felt like a significant waste of time.
Despite these changes, my overall disappointment with the school remains unchanged. Therefore, I do not recommend it.

Pleasant and insightful experience during my trial guitar lesson with Mr Arzat.
Appreciate it that he provided a good overview of the guitar lesson syllabus, and some explanations about the different types of guitar.

We're so lucky to have Hui Ru as our son's piano teacher. Her warm and encouraging approach, along with creative lessons tailored to our child's interests, has made learning the piano an absolute joy. Hui Ru's dedication goes beyond the keys, instilling not just technical skills but a genuine love for music. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an inspiring and patient piano teacher!
