Excellent customer service by this male assistance ( Dou Dou) at AMK hub Bata!!! Professional and attentive. He is the only sales staff in the morning and yet he is fast to handle all the payment and service. Another customer next to me also praises him for being patient and accurate in taking our request. Keep up the good work!

Awesome service and shopping experience at AMK on a busy Friday evening. Both Dou Dou and Ruby had been patient and polite throughout the time. Dou Dou even went to change a few times so that my daughter could get her idea sizes. They were calm despite facing some issues with the price tagging in the system and they still served with a smile. Ruby asked me if I could allow one customer to go first as she had only one item. Service with a smile is definitely a tagline for both staff. Kudos! Please affirm them on their great efforts.

This Bata Shop moved into AMKHub once located just from the near HDB block of shops opposite HangTen shop. Visited this shop intended to buy a waterproof slip on shoes, a small built sales staff Brian well mannered and patiently served in helping me to get a chosen pair of shoes unfortunately do not have the right size. Leaving the shop can see he was happy serving the customer with pleasure. Will return again for the right pair. Is just a great shop to shop for footwares.
