Counter service staff spent too munch times to each and individual customer they serve whether has or doesn't many customers are in the Q Need to wait for more that two hrs to renew my fixed deposit.🫣 …

The experience of using their service at this branch is terrible, in particular to their waiting time. Waited for about 3 hrs to process fixed deposit. Will never use their service again unless their interest rate is very much higher than other banks. Please see the time of getting the queue number till the end of completion of the service in pictures attached.

the lousiest bank and services I have ever been to. they stop issuing Q ticket before lunch citing too many customers in queue. but long before closing time they were already no customers with Q ticket. the staff and manager are too young (just came out from school or college) and inexperienced to make decision. they are the very scared type and not doing thing flexibly. they look down poor people and based on the amount of deposit to make decision. in this way I think they will lose future potential customers. one customer from this bank also complained to me and decided to take out money and put in other bank. so it would be better to close the account.

One of the most inefficient banks ever. Each customer transaction takes more than 20 minutes to complete. Makes you wonder whether the staff's KPI is to keep the branch looking full all the time.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There are different Queue number to take for different services, Opening an account, counter services, financial plannning services. The staff in this branch works pretty fast in their transaction. Though there is a crowd around most of the banks in SG, due to increase in interest rates for fixed deposit, I seen the staff working very effeciently. Jiayou to all bank staff at BOC AMK Hub.
