is generally good, I was disappointed to observe that some staff members were not wearing gloves while making the dough. This raises concerns about food hygiene practices and potential contamination. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure the safety of their customers."

went there today at night and asked the worker if have any cinnamon sugar, she say have but no paynow qr code, so I stepped to one corner to top up my grab, let the other person order first.
After I top up and wanted to order she just tell me no more cinnamon sugar.
like at least during the previous customer transaction ask me whether I'm still buying right? I was standing at the cashier side very obvious that I was trying to top up because I haven't moved away.
worker really dunno how to ask one, at least save it or confirm with me right? srsly isn't this common sense???
I worked in fnb before also so I know very well what to do.

Worse outlet to have your pretzel. Bought the almond crunch pretzel 2 times just to give them another chance but both times the pretzel was not even hot.The pretzel was hard and difficult to chew. Buy at your own risk!

Glorified dough shaped balls and pretzels sold for ridiculously high prices at a bus interchange, why is flour, water, yeast and sugar so expensive after simply mixing them together and baking it?

Service of the staffs were good. Bought a cinnamon sugar pretzel and was excied on the 1st bite but some bites came with a weird alkaline bitter aftertaste which is off putting. Perhap u need to relook at the procedure of the cooking, retrain the chefs. Pls make it right so we can enjoy the pretzel better.

States that stores open at 11am but few occasions when I am there, was told pretzel will only be ready at 12noon.

“Ran out of salt” when I ordered an original pretzel with salt way before their closing time. How is this possible??
It looked more like the staff just didn’t want to clean up the salting tray and this definitely should not be the case.

Very friendly and patient staff who guided me through downloading the app and placing my order. I tried their Almond Crunch and Chocolate Éclair pretzels — both were delicious, I loved them so much 😋😍

Just now, I visited Auntie Anne’s at AMK for the first time and bought my favorite sausage bun. There was a female supervisor who was very professional and friendly. Thank you for her great service — giving her a good review to encourage her to keep up the good work!

I love Auntie Anne’s so I was excited that they opened a new outlet here. I bought from them twice so far - the service crew were cheery and patient, despite the relatively long queues sometimes.
* Leaving a 4-star review*
I dropped by yesterday hoping to get a pretzel when I asked if it was closed for the day. The 2 service crew were doing sales closing and counting money, however no one bothered looking up when responding that they were indeed closed. Given that it hasn’t opened long ago, the poor attitude just from that one experience was disappointing. Kindly look into having them retrained.
