Location: AMK Hub (44 hours per week from Monday to Saturday)
Working Hour: 10am to 7pm or 2pm to 10pm
Salary Range: $2,100 – $2,800 (Junior) / $2,600 – $3,400 (Senior Role)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team as Therapy Support Associate. You will play a key role in developing and delivering tailored exercise programs that support physical rehabilitation, fitness, and overall well-being for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ fitness levels, physical capabilities, and limitations
• Design and implement individualized programs to enhance strength, mobility, endurance, and general health
• Adapt exercises for clients with physical, cognitive, or sensory challenges
• Work closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and caregivers to ensure programs align with therapeutic goals
• Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication at all times
• Conduct 1:1 and group sessions in a safe and motivating environment
• Educate clients on proper form, posture, and techniques to prevent injury
• Track and evaluate client progress, adjusting programs as necessary
• Ensure correct use and maintenance of fitness equipment
• Follow safety protocols and respond effectively to emergencies
• Stay current with industry best practices and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and client progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science or related field
• Certification from a recognized fitness body (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM) is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fitness training, therapy support, or similar roles
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
• Proactive team player with a positive and dynamic attitude
